While I was using the internet last night on my phone, Paula Dean, the former TV chef, came on a Facebook- Infomercial, for Le Creuset Cookware. Supposedly, they are celebrating their 100 years in business by giving away an unlimited amount of (6) piece wrought iron cookware, for free. All I had to do was give them my street address, email account and they would contact me if I won a set. Also, I was asked for a credit card number, for processing. First they deducted $9.95 & next they deducted $12.49, a few seconds later. I phoned Customer service at 833-831-7259, to cancel the order into "their sweepstakes ". The Agent asked me for my phone number & email address. She said that she could cancel the transactions & refund both monies within 24-48 hours. This happened on 3/19/24 at 1:37AM. I called again shortly after, to get some kind of confirmation number, but the Agent looked up my account, noticed that I had just canceled & said there was no confirmation number. Just wait 24-48 hours. It is now 3:15PM and there has been no refund.
