Again...be warned. I had a phone call this morning from my area code and my prefix and the woman even identified herself as "Celeste". Evidently, she knew that I was an older person as she mentioned something about me being a falling risk. Then there was some static on the line and she asked me "Can you hear me?" and I said "yes". Then...silence. I tried calling the number back but it wasn't a real number. Called the local phone company and they looked the number up and acknowledged that it wasn't a legitimate phone. They said it was called "spoofing" and is illegal. Be aware! I thought I was pretty smart, but they are always a step ahead of you,
