Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
-> When customer questions authenticity of product, seller manipulates customer into buying by saying that there is a full warranty for one month anyway, should there be any issues with the product at all
-> At the time of purchase, customer realizes that no proof of warranty in writing has been provided with receipt, so customer requests this. Seller states 'I'll remember', and suggests that no paper proof of warranty is required. At this point, customer has already paid, so cannot decide not to purchase this product; it's too late. Seller refuses to provide evidence of warranty.
-> When customer comes back the next day because product clearly doesn't work and is a fake, customer requests refund as seller had promised 24 hours ago. Seller now changes story and says there's actually no warranty.
-> Given that all the communication was verbal, the consumer is left having paid exorbitant fees for non-working, counterfeit products, cannot get a refund despite a promised full warranty, and somehow the company remains in business, scamming people every day.
