Ordered 2 phone covers. Was told on their site I would receive a email with all info, order number, shipping. Have not gotten anything. When you try to email it sends back a we are busy can't get to you now.

So I put in a an order to get two different phone cases and then I checked my email everything went though I was happy then the shipping date came up and I got Anxious cause I was happy and had been waiting. Once a week came around then I got even more worried and still didn’t see anything in the mail. So skip to today and I still don’t have my purchases and it is going on 3 weeks and I’m out almost 30 dollars

I went on cellular outfitters website to buy phone cases and it said online order by 2pm 24 hr shipping. This was on 12/27/2019 also stated it would take 3-6 business days to arrive well here we are 01/02/2020 and no items have been shipped I've emailed then more then 2x and no response.
