I placed an order with www.cellunlocker.net to have my iPhone 12 ProMax unlocked from T-Mobile network. They charged my credit card 149.99 and told me that it was going to take 0-15 days. This order was placed on 03/03/22, on 03/18/22 I went to their website to check the status of my order, and it said that unfortunately they were unable to unlock the phone due to IMEI being blacklisted. They said they were able to refund my money instead. I'm still waiting for an email confirmation from them with the refund. I have tried calling them, but the number listed on their website (800)507-9077 doesn't lead anywhere. No one answers, it's just an automated message telling you to press the menu options. Options that don't lead to a customer service representative. Also, every time I try to chat with someone on their website, the chat ends before talking to anyone.
