Online purchase made 6/23/2020 for Cemky for a Luxury Camping chair for 56.92 with tax. I was sent a normal chair in blue. Tried to contact them via cs/@junqiservice.com. I started a resolution through PayPal and this company waited to the very last minute to send an email of the shipping information as a resolution. The shipping information given to PayPal was the exact information from the first Fedex shipment. I went to PayPal to let them know that this was not correct and my case was closed. I’m sure the sender knew what he was doing. I did continue to reach out with email. Finally got an email stating that they wanted a picture of what I received which I did. They ask me to return which I did. This cost me 17.25 and I was told by them to get this back through PayPal which I have not been able to. Numerous emails to them and broken promises on their end.

I ordered 2 of these Luxury camping chairs again from a ZOETA. It familiarly looks like the Cemsky website. It’s been a month for ZOETA and I have contacted them via email. They are saying at the end of October. I will contact you all if there are problems with this. Please contact me. Thank you.
