I work at a public school in Hawaii. Our school recently received a book and an invoice for $285 which we did not ordered. I checked with other public schools in Hawaii and many of them share similar experience that this company under the name of Progressive Business Publications, also go by the name of Center for Education & Employment Law have shipped un-ordered books to them and then mail out invoices requesting payment and would threaten to send the bills to collection agency if invoices are not paid for.
I did a search on Google and found MANY negative feedback about this company. So, I was wondering how is that the company can still be in business after so many people complained about them trying to ripped people/business off with their practice?
