This call came into my cell phone on a number that I had associated with Center Point Energy, so it looked legitimate. The robo caller said that my account would be closed (within the next 30 minutes I think) and I should press 1 to speak to a rep in their billing dept. I used to live in Houston but moved out of state in 2017, and had had Center Point Energy as my electric company while living there. I do, however, still have my phone number with a TX area code. Knowing that I don't have any such CPE account, or any utility account in TX, I pushed 1 to speak to the "customer service rep". I didn't give any info other than my phone number (which they already had), and asked what account address was associated my number. The very cheerful, accented person couldn't seem to find the address. I was then put on hold indefinitely until the call disconnected. I just want to let others know this is occurring. As I said, the caller ID on my phone came up with a legit utility company. Apparently they are targeting random Texas phone numbers, so beware if you receive this type of call.
