Person called me and said they were from Centerpoint Energy coming to my address in 45 mins to put a lock on my apt utility box because of past due payment. I asked for what address they were going to. The address provided was a previous address of mine and I don't have a Centerpoint service anymore. I told him I don't live there anymore and then he said okay and hung up.

I got a call that the electric company was going to disconnect my service in 30 minutes if I didn't pay my bill. They offered to speak to a representative to pay the bill immediately to prevent disconnection.

The guy said his name was David Stinson that he worked for Central Point utility company. I went on to ask him to spell it for me because he spoke with a sharp accent that I couldn't understand. I then let him know that my services is with PSO he then said that he was with PSO. I said well can you pull up my account my bill should be zero, I have applied for LHEAP Program then he hung up. The caller was not able to get to a dollar amount.??
