To BBB: Good day. I have a complaints this Central Inspect LLC. They emailed me online and hired me and I had undergone telephone interview too that out of 17 top applicants they chose my resume online because they are sold on my fast response. They offered me a full time Quality Control Inspector position. with a rate of $1500 per month and additional $50 per package I pick up from Best Buy and ship thru Fedex with an average income of $4000 a month . They sent me a link for employment agreement and I signed everything, I submitted the documents they needed such as drivers license, my bank account and bank statement copy and bank name and also my social security. ( I have a legit copy of employment agreement signed by both parties) . The link was active and it was http:////bit.lyinspect_agrm. This link was active for a month but after my training period and I am supposed to receive my salary, it was not active anymore. I was one of the victims of this deceitful and fake company. I worked for them for a month expecting that their company is good and true and all of those documents that I sent to them are my personal documents including my bank account. They asked me to submit all my personal documents including my social security, my bank statement, my driver’s license and asked me to sign the agreement. I worked for more than a month, but they did not pay me any single cent. Alexis Flores, the supervisor always asked me to check my dashboard every single minute if I have a package to pick up and deliver. I did my job as she told me what to do but unfortunately when it is my time to get paid, I cannot log-in anymore in their website which is www.inspectcentral.com. It seems like they have changed my password (it says incorrect password) I have tried it so many times because I was thinking that maybe I did a wrong number or spelling but , trying to be sure that everything is correct , I tried it many times but I really cannot access to the website anymore. I tried to call all the numbers from the web contacts, but all the numbers are now out of service. I called again the following day and after day and after day but still out of service. So, I realized it was a SCAM. I cannot believe it because everything was seeming so real. I can talk and communicate to the supervisor during my training period. I can message her anytime. I log-in so easy on the website. I picked up and ship expensive stuff and packages. I can see my dashboard how much I earned every time I pick up boxes. Everything was planned and arranged perfectly. I did not realize that the salary was too good to be true because even If the package is cancelled, still $50 additional pay as they promised still adds to my supposed to be earnings. It was a big scam. They use people for their own good but they don't want to pay for the works done. I was so upset that I was fooled, I was used. I use my car to drive 35 mins to 40 away from home. I used my gasoline, I risks my life to drive in heavy traffic and highways. I used my resources because they promised me that they will send me supplies for shipping packages such as box, tape, bubble wrap and much more but they did not sent me any supplies. I paid boxes from fedex and they told me that I could reimburse it, they added it on my supposed to be my earnings after a month, when the due date came and I was so excited, I cannot log-in anymore. I earned a total of $2318.00 for a month of my training period, as they promised to me and it is written in the employment agreement. The salary which is supposed to be direct deposit because I gave them my bank account number, it was not there until now. I cannot contact them until now. I was supposed to get paid on December 17, 2018 Monday but they didn't call me neither email me back since I emailed them a lot of times and I left a message to Alexis Flores , my supervisor, but she never replied ( 1-877-618-2687) is her number. This is the only number which is not out of service so far but the rest of the numbers were out of service now and these are the following : 18776303747 : HR number under the management of NICK ROBINSON / 18779016737 : JEFF SANDERS / . I am reporting this scam to you because their website is still on the browser and still active. They might be fooling and deceiving again another person to be hired as a QC inspector and then they will used only for their own benefits. They also promised me that after my training as a QC Inspector, they will train me as a Sales representative of the Amazon. I will be trained in FBA (fulfillment by Amazon ). They are using the amazon too to get prospect and I do not know if the amazon is aware of this. Included on my training as a QC was to watch a video of the amazon , how they work in the amazon warehouse. They also asked me to create an account from the amazon seller, to be a sales representative, and when I was ready to submit all my documents to amazon.com such as passport and bank statement, the amazon keeps on saying error, it means I was not registered to amazon to be a seller because they didn't do anything and it seems they were not connected with amazon, so my documents was not approved by amazon. I reported it to inspect central but they just told me to that they will fix it later. The address of this business is 8354 Northfield Blvd. Bldg. #G Denver Colorado 80238. Please do whatever you can to cancel any transactions or employment made by this company. We do not need this kind of deceiving company in the world of business.
