They pretensed to be a dispatcher for Centerpoint and make me resent my utility login password, said I had to “zero my balance to receice service” then sent out an emergecy tech for the wrong issue.

I called Centerpoint back and they have no record of this. The contact number they gave me which I listed here went almost right to voicemail.
