Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

On 5/2/16 we received via USPS an invoice for copier toner which we did not order from Central Supply, PO Box 54446, Irvine, CA 92619. We are under a contract with our local copier company that supplies us with toner for our copier an no extra charge. We did not order anything from this company, did not receive anything from this company and will not be paying their exorbitant inflated invoice. We are the Schoolcraft Community Library in Schoolcraft, Michigan

I am the Director of a public library and my library clerk said she had a phone inquiry about what printer toner we use and the make of our printer. I few weeks later we an invoice dated 3/8/2016 for HP Laserjet Color Toner for $433.00. The toner was $398 plus $35.00 shipping. My bookkeeper cut a check and when I reviewed vouchers I saw there was a $35.00 shipping fee which made me look into this matter. I never pay shipping plus our HP printer uses 3 different types of color ink toner.I called Central Supply Solutions, P.O. Box 54446, Irvine, CA 92619 at 714-489-1185 and only received an answering machine. I called 3 times and answering machine picked up. I posted on the library state listerv and received several replies from library employees that have received invoices for toner never ordered.
