My daughter ordered Adidas shoes and they have never arrived. The package has been returned to sender (following tracking information). The package is missing now and they only want to reimburse 50 % of the price. I think this is a whole scam setup. The website is already very tricky (a leisure and cultural site in france - nothing to do with Adidas shoes. . I filled out a fraude complaint at my bank. The expense is stated on my bill as DTLK TRADE CO, LTD Shenzhen. Please take the necessary actions to stop this scam and I would very much appreciate your help in being reimbursed 756,78 CNY (104,70 euro).
