This "Realtor" will Fraudently and Illegally Try To TAKE & KEEP your money. I put $** down for (EMD) funds to show Good Faith in a potential home I Thought I Wanted to purchase. But! After I paid More Good Money for an Inspector upon said Property for sale. Turns out The Bldg is SO damaged and Deplorable. I Canceled the Contract. YET! This agent or his client the Seller... Will Sign to RETURN MY HARD EARNED MONEY! Even their Atty SAID this is Horrible. Now.. I have To put in a Law Suit Against Them!!! ** DON'T DO ANY TYPE of BUSINESS with This Person -OLA *****. HE IS FRAUD. And Will RUN to Nigeria, Africa at Any Time!!!!! ** very Foul
