Upon, receiving an phone call to schedule an interview for an Assistant Administration Position for Century Consulting Services, on Jan 24th, I received a link for a job interview questionnaire the following day which was quite extensive. After submitting that information, the next day I was sent an email offering me a job position from Danielle Tolbert, HR manager, whom is also the HR Director on this company's website. The email included all the job onboarding paperwork such as, Offer letter, I-9 form, Confidentiality and Development Agreement that I thoroughly read, W-4 Form, and Direct Deposit Authorization Form. Offer was stated "to be contingent upon successful background check". I proofread all documents, researched the company with the ScamPulse.com and all the social media platforms associated with them. Everything seemed to be legit, even the letterhead on all the documents, the offer letter was even stamped with the word CONFIDENTIAL ON IT. I started getting suspicious when I reached out to my appointed Supervisor James Leon (whom is also an employee on the website) and their hasn't been any response since that day I sent all my paperwork back and got confirmation that they received them and would be reaching back out to me near my start date allegedly on, Feb 12th. That was odd considering the fact that background checks take a while and they only provided a date not a specific time. I so happened to check the company website today and noticed the URGENT MESSAGE BANNER acknowledging this current recruiter scam matter. This now makes me a victim of Identity Theft.
