I had a phone message with an urgent message from Jackie. When I called back, I got Helen, she informed me that Bank of America was trying to collect a debt from 2006 on credit card debt.

I made the mistake of giving the last two numbers of my SS#. After I requested information about the account & case # she got short with me and let me know the next step would be to go to court. She said she was only verifying my address but she had my legal name, my whole SS# and address and claimed to have a whole file on me.
