I ordered/purchased a floor wizzard in April 2020. The add said 3-4 days to receive. I called them 7 days later and was told because of covid-19 delivery would be 7_14 days. I called 2 weeks later and was told 7-25 days for delivery. I emailed 25 days later and was told to track my order. I've tracked since the beginning and it says "in transit". I understand things have slowed/stopped because of covid-19 but this just makes me believe it's all a scam. The policy is no returns/refunds after 30 days. They have my money and it's been over 30 days
