They advertise the "Refer and Earn" program and once you drop your current company and actually switch, they fail to honor the "promotion", thus scamming people into switching from other providers. They also advertise on their website that they have 24/7 assistance, which they don't. They provide a phone number but when you actually call after 6pm, the voicemail system states to call between certain hours, thus falsely advertising and people switch thinking they're getting a good deal, which they don't. They also tell you they've submitted an order, and they don't, they say they will call back after the call is escalated, and they never do. I was also harassed by one of their technicians when they came to my home (not when scheduled by the way) and when I reported it, I was never contacted by anyone at Centurylink.
