I booked a massage with Ceren Spa two separate times online and had to submit payment of $1 each time, only to be told less than an hour before each one that she was either "sick" or the last time that she was "no longer doing business at an office." I requested a refund of my money and she has not responded. I also requested she take down her website immediately since it's false advertising allowing people to book online for services she has no intention of rendering. The website and online booking options are still up.
