This place accepted my 2000 cash down payment and made me sign paper work to close out the car deal and agreement. I have all the paperwork and receipt to show proof. I was financing the car with my own credit union bank. I had applied with my own bank for an auto loan for this vehicle. Because the postal office is close over the weekend I could not receive the full amount of purchase price check to pay for the vehicle right away. The dealership knew this but because I made a down payment and I have dmv paperwork and other paper work signed they said they would hold my vehicle until I receive the check. The check was being mailed expedited. When I went to pick up my car they told me they sold it. I was never advised that it was sold. They are refusing to return my downpayment money and continue to play games and giving me the run around. I am extremely upset and disappointed that I was treated this way. I have the names of the people involved in this issue from the sales guy Ricardo, to the finance guy, to the sales manager Nestor. This has caused an emotional and financial burden on me. I was scammed and I want everyone to be aware of what this place is doing and how they are running their business so this does not happen to anyone else.
