I looked at the website, they claimed to be a husband and wife team Sean and Erin from Texas. I believed I was supporting a small business of fellow Americans. I found the site on Facebook who refuses to do anything about it. I paid for expedited service to receive my produxt in time for Christmas. Then i noticed it shipped from China. When Christmas passed I attempted to contact them about a refund of the expedited services and they said they cant control how fast something shipped so I told them they shouldnt offer services they can not provide. At the end of January during a widespread artic blast with temps at 40° below 0, they claimed to deliver it. I have done everything I could to track my package because they refuse to give me a refund and they continue talkong to me as if they are a real company. They are blaming me and they continue giving me a fake tracking number and telling me to go to the post office. They also claimed my package was at my post office then out for delivery then returned to a post office in a different town before being delivered to my mailbox. They now continue harassing me when I threatened to report them for fraud. I have pictured of our entire email conversation. I really want to warn other people about this site, especially since Facebook refuses to remove them from their site so these scammers can continue targeting people.
