A reel came up in my Facebook newsfeed by this company, showing a video of a person using the “Boom boom” stick, which is a nasal inhaler widely popular and I was excited to purchase. I clicked the link which brought me to the purchase page. I ordered the item and when it arrived, it was the knock off version of the item. Packaging looks identical but instead of the word “Boom boom”, is says “Youbuy”. When I emailed them about it, they said I got what I ordered. I told them they knew full well they used a video of a person using the actual “boom boom” stick and sucker people into buying the real product when in fact they send a Dupe. They deny that and said they would refund $4. Unless I want to ship the product back at my own expense, and then they will give me a full refund. They refuse to pay the shipping to have it shipped back to them.
