Purchased 7 different pairs of jean’s, was provided a confirmation email then followed by an email with tracking information then when that day arrived and it stated delivered and nothing was delivered emailed back and forth with customer service but now website want come up but was emailed a refund with a confirmation number but now after 30 days still refund doesn’t appear on my credit card statement.
