I purchased a pair of *** sandals from cettier. I tried them on the same afternoon they were delivered in my bedroom but they were too small. I scheduled a pick up for the very next day because I wanted to exchange the sandals for a bigger size. A week went by with no communication from the business. After reaching out a couple of times they finally responded with a ridiculous claim that I damaged the sandals, therefore they cannot make the exchange. I absolutely, did not cause any damage to the sandals. Why did it take them over a week to come up with this frivolous claim? Any damage had to have been existing, happened in transit back to them, or they passed on damage good to me (given their lack of communication). I will never make another purchase from them!!

took weeks for them to deny my return only to tell me it’s because of the length of time they’re been in my possession…because i was trying to get a response from them for weeks. Customer service resolves absolutely nothing but forwarding messages to “managers”

I ordered a pair of brand name shoes from the company and needed to return because they were the incorrect size. The only method of return the company accepts is DHL pick up. The return instructions simply stated to return the item in its original condition (no tags removed, etc.) and print/attach the return label they provided. I did exactly these steps and handed the item to the DHL pick up person.

One week later I contacted the company and asked about the status of my refund. They let me know the item was not refundable because the shoe box itself was used as the shipping box. No where had the instructions let me know that I needed to purchase and wrap the shoe box in an additional shipping box! I was under the impression that this was covered in the DHL pick up delivery process. The DHL pickup individual also did not mention anything about this. The company has said the shoe box (not the actual shoes) are damaged and provided me with a picture- the box is not damaged WHATSOEVER, it is simply taped with DHL tape. For this reason, they are refusing to issue me a refund for $370 after I have been fully compliant with their instructions and their policy.

I ordered item from Cettire on March 9th and Havent provided any shipment info yet. I sent so many emails to them and they never explained whats going on just said sorry to put me somone who's in charge same answer everytime. Even I requested cancel the order and issue the refund just same answer. It has been passed almost a month now.

I purchased a pair of Golden Goose sneakers off of this website and I received them damaged. I tried contacting the customer service to ask for a replacement since I was expecting these shoes to be in "New" condition. They put the blame back on me saying that it was "wear and tear" of the shoe but I did not even step outside my house to wear the shoes. Only wore them around my office which has all carpet. It is an absolute scam of a company and do not purchase from them or waste your time with customer service. They do not care if you are unhappy

I have placed an order for an item purchased on this website called Cettire.com.

The credit card I have used has been charged the moment I placed the order. I’ve waited for few days from the site of an update of my order but it seems to no avail, never heard anything from them since. I have tried reaching out to the customer support of the site, but never got any respond to my numerous queries. I felt like I’ve been scammed by this website. I might have to submit dispute of the charge to my credit card.

My husband purchased a Coach wallet from Cettire for Christmas for me. The product was not authentic. After opening and closing the wallet a total of 4 times (not even using it for more than a day), it broke. When I reached out asking for a refund, I was told they do not cover "wear and tear". I explained that it was not "wear and tear" since I had not even used it for a day. They still said they could do nothing about it. the company does not have a phone number to reach out to or speak to anyone.
