I completed a survey on July 24 for which I was eligible for a FITMAX Smart Bracelet for only the cost of $*** shipping. I was not told that this was a trial gift or that there would be additional charges later. On August 11, my credit card was charged $***. When I called to contest this charge, I had difficulty understanding the man's response, but it sounded as though they would only refund the charge if I returned the gift within 2 weeks.
