On October 4th I was doing fall yard cleanup when Christopher walked over and introduced him self he had moved into an apartment across from me and he handed me his business card telling me he did yard Maintaince and snow plowing I hired him for both , he txt and emailed me 2 different contracts for both services I agreed to the snowplowing service 1st and I Venmo him 378.00 I did also hire him and Venmo him eventually to help me with my leave clean up which he did provide that service . In early December we got snow a snow plow truck came I did not see who was driving but he told me he had 2 guys that worked for him we didn’t get any more snow till December 22 on Dec 23 I reached out to him to be sure I was on the list for Xmas Eve I was having company he said it would be plowed , mid day on Dec 24 I reached out to him again because he never came I explaining I was concerned about the snow I had a 90 year old man coming and I needed driveway to be safe he eventually walked over knocked on the door and said his guys we not answering his calls and he would shovel my driveway which he did and told me then that he was moving January 1st to 50 Brighton Street Rochester NY but not to worry he would still do my driveway I said well I hope so we have a contract. On January 20th we got around 6” of snow I txt Chris he said he would get to me that afternoon he never did I called him next day made an excuse about his guys having the truck but he would come and shovel it if he couldn’t get the truck of coarse he never showed up and won’t return my calls and I can’t leave him a voice mail his box is full . My contract stated he would plow Nov 15 2024 -April 15,2025 15 runs and would come if 2” of snow accumulated
