In May 2023, I was contacted by a realtor called Christopher Gallo and he said that he has a buyer in Mexico that would buy our timeshare (Sunset Resort) based in Mexico and he offered a large amount of money. First $5300 payment we made was according to C.Gallo is for Foreign Investors Permit which we paid. Then he said that we need to pay the local income tax $5089.00 which will be reimbursed since this and previous payment was out of pocket expense. "Realtor" is now requesting $32900.00 to cover Mexico Income Tax.He suggested and requested to open Home Equity Line of Credit to cover this amount which I told him that I don't have this resources.. At this point "Realtor" proposed another way as to terminate the contract which will lead to other consequences for him to open a court case because his client and him are losing money. 

Back in July I was in Pittsburg visiting my friends and I called C.Gallo tried to set up a quick meeting but according to his secretary he was out of town and looked like didn't want to see me.  I drove by 620 Liberty Ave.  - there is no such Realty Corp in this building.
