I googled Chaco sandals in an attempt to buy them and this website came up. After I bought them I realized they don’t seem legit, especially when the confirmation email came-it seemed sketchy. I decided to attempt to cancel the order, they said it was processing and they couldn’t cancel it. After a closer look at the website, they do not appear to be legit.

This scam was a link on Facebook to Chaco’s website. The sandals and styles were legitimate and were actual sandals (I have bought them before).
Close to a month later we received fake Chacos. There was a tracking number and I assumed due to covid the shoes would not be delivered quickly. When I responded to the confirmation email the sandals showed up within days. When I confronted the sender and said they were fake I was told they provide discounts.

This ad popped up on Instagram for an end of season sale on Chaco sandals. The website shows Chacos. I received poorly made knock off Chacos. I have been in contact with the company over email. They will not give me a return label. They offered to refund me 30%, then 40%, then 50%, but then just on one item (I ordered 2). I will be amazed if I see any of my money, but the site is still up and continues to advertise genuine Chaco sandals. They came from China. This was my mistake for missing Red flags, but would like to see the site taken down, as well as other sites connected to it. I was charged under sucessfulgain.com madrid

This site advertised on Facebook for chacos sandels on sale. I went to site and ordered. It looked legit. I paid then a message popped up that I would receive an email within 24hrs if confirmation. I waited and never received the email. I went back to the website and there is no valed way to contact them. The emails I sent stated your email has been unsuccessfully sent about half a dozen times. I did call my bank and canceled my card.
