I purchased Chacos on this website and an item came in a black grocery bag with no return label. This company sent me Crocs not Chacos. I emailed the company and the response I received is just accept the item, offer for 10%refund, 30% at best. They told me they would not cover the shipping costs to return the item and it would be too much of a hassle to return the item because it has to go to China. This is a scam company that does not deliver the item you pay for and takes advantage of customers.
