After viewing some comments of people who were supposedly happy with the products, I decided to take a chance and order from ChainChapter. The customer service rep was very responsive and helpful so I felt even more confident. After a couple of days or a week, I received a shipping notification with a tracking number. I tracked it until it was supposedly delivered to me, but it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted the customer service rep again and they were very responsive and helpful and said that they would arrange for a new shipment in 3-5 days. After that time frame, I contacted them again to ask on the status and they started ignoring me. I contacted them through the email address provided at the original shipping notification and, no matter how many times I tried to re-explain what happened, they keep sending me the same tracking number saying that it was already delivered. I see that the emails are also sent by the same customer service rep I had already been working with prior so she knows full well what was the situation.

I then saw other people making comments on the store's Facebook page with the EXACT IDENTICAL ISSUE. At this point, I realised it was a scam and reported the fraudulent deal to my credit card company who then reversed the charge so I got my money back. I went back online and advised other scammed customers to do the same thing and most of them were able to also get the charges reversed. The customer service rep has since reached out to me with the same old and fake tracking number again and I have since told them that I have already reported them to both Facebook and my financial institution. They have now stopped contacting me.
