A charge keeps coming off my card in the amount of 12.49 around the 7th for months now. I didn't sigh up for this and want it cancelled. I was supposed to get a cancellation email but haven't received anything yet. I called them and emailed them.

• Jan 08, 2024

My bank statements have been showing a charge of 12.49 as far back as Oct. I filed a complaint with the BBB and also called the number that was on the statement. It said p1*Fitch and the phone number. I talked to customer support and they said they would cancel and they gave me a cancellation confirmation # and said I would get an email. I still have not received any emails and when I called back I didn't get an answer. I also sent an email to cancel as well.. This is not cool, I couldn't even find any email pertaining to this company. You almost always get an email if you sign up for something. This tells me that they are doing this without my permission.

I saw the shark tank ads on keto gummies as well as celebrities promoting this on Instagram. I clicked on the ad for more information and it instantly pulled my information from Google. I immediately closed it. Weeks later I got a generic email with a tracking number but it looked like a spam email. Another few weeks went by and I saw a charge on my credit card for MaxBlast which I disputed. A month later, the same charge which I am disputing again. This time it came with another charge from ChallengeBodyMind**** which pulls up as another scam so thinking my information on social media/stored on Google was hacked or illegally sold.

Subscription for some sort of health. Never heard of this company before nor did order anything from them. Got into my credit card account and charged me $12.49. Called my credit card company and told me for now to pay my bill but to deduct the fraudulent charge of $12.49.

I was charged 3 times on my checking account for $12.49 each time by this company. They told me I was getting ebooks. I never received any ebooks, nor did I ever order them.

This is a two part scam with the first vendor only known by ID number on transaction. Went on website from friends FB social media site to receive APEX KETO ACV GUMMIES, placed order with promotional discount. Order failed online with no receipt from vendor and no order number provided and I received fraud notice from card company. Called card company and verified failed transaction and denied transaction. Placed order from more reliable vendor and thought all was good. Two days later received notice my original (Failed) order was being shipped which had an order number. Called card company and was notified vendor made second attempt and ran card through until accepted. Notified vendor that no longer needed order but said could not cancel until item received and return authorization received. Was forced to agree to terms of waiting upon receipt of product after 45 minutes. Received vendor items one week later and called vendor support, was given 50% discount to retain product which was the original amount. Settled with vendor, 50% credit was issued and received by card company. All orders or subscriptions for this product were cancelled for future and problem resolved. So we thought!!! 1 month and one day later credit card billed $12.49 with fraud warning text related to purchase by Challenge Mind Body. Verified in records that no purchases have been made to this business. Contacted card company, verified vendor transaction, and was given phone number. Called vendor and received what sounded like the same call center as the ACV Keto purchase. The representative Indicated I was enrolled in a 30 free subscription service on the same day as Keto product purchase. I indicated that the transaction did not process and I had no original receipt indicating any subscription but she indicated my purchase was processed and subscription started. After 20 minutes of frustration I was able to cancel any future monthly subscriptions but no refund for first month billed. Cards are cancelled so hopefully no OTHER subscriptions are waiting in the wings that I was aware of. BEWARE - DO NOT USE Social Media Offers even from friends as I did.

I looked at my online bank statement yesterday and saw that $199.88 was taken from my account. One the statement it said POS-03/11-P5*CHOBRND888918-8554604451-NM. I called the phone number and they wanted my name, phone number, email address and last four digits of my account. I gave them that thinking that someone had used my debit card (which I’ve haven’t used for a while). I asked her about her company and said they were an answer service who worked for a number of companies and she couldn’t give me that companies information unless she could find me in the system. She couldn’t find anything so asked for the rest of my card number. I declined to which she said, “Obviously, nothing was really taken from your account. I can’t find anything under your information. If it REALLY was taken, call you bank.” I assured her I would. I tried to do research, but didn’t come up with anything. Today, an additional $12.46 was taken out using the same phone number and the following bank description: POS-03/12-P1*CBM8554604451-8554604451-NM. I looked up CBM and put in the phone number. I found a website called ChallengeBodyMind.com. At the bottom of that site, it had the same phone number as the “answering service”. I looked up the company using CHOBRND and the phone number. This time, it not only gave me the website above, but a page of complaints about the same thing. So, I called the phone number again and this time got a pleasant person on the phone. She couldn’t find anything under my name, my nickname, my husband’s name, either phone number or email. There is no record of us so she cannot request a refund. Someone got access to our bank account and made these charges two days in a row. Since she couldn’t even find us in the system, I am going to call my bank tomorrow and have them cancel both of our debit cards and look into this. Neither my husband nor I have used our debit cards recently that I can see in the bank statement.

Got $12.49 charge on bank statement Feb. 23. Charge was Jan. 20 to Challenge Body Mind. Called them. They must piggyback on some Health and Wellness product you buy online. You get 30 days free for some subscription which I never had any indication I had. After that you are charged monthly. I called and they said they cancelled that charge and future ones. And would refund the money on my credit card. To me, this is very underhanded. You don't even know you have a subscription in the first place. BEWARE!! I think it's either through GNC or Bliss where I ordered skin tag remover stuff which doesn't work and was touted by Shark Tank.

So when I placed an on-line order for Optimal Max Keto weight loss pills, they automatically also enrolled me in something called Challenge Body Mind , which is supposed to be some sort of on-live reference on how to live healthy or something. This was a monthly credit card charge of $12.49 that i did not notice for 9 months. I called the Challenge Body Mind customer care number 855-460-4451 on Feb 10, 2023 and spoke to Andrea, and she cancelled my recurring subscription, but refused to credit me for the 9 months of `12.49 ($112 total). I see on line that this happened to others. Would like to get the entire $112 refunded AND confirmation that the company will cease this deceptive practice

I ordered ACV Keto Gummies, advertised as 2 bottles for $39.99. I received the 2 bottles and was charged $142.00. I called to complain. I was told to return the product for a full refund. It took a while to get the address, but someone finally gave me an address in New Mexico. I sent the product back, paid for the postage. About a month later the package came back, marked "address doesn't exist." I tried calling the number 855 460 4451. A recording says to dial "9". When I did, I was disconnected, every time. So not only am I out $142.00 but my credit card has been charged $12.49 in January (which I didn't catch) and February. I called my credit card company and they're investigating but they want information I no longer have.

Please help me with this. When I googled the company I found many instances of the same exact story, including the $12.49 monthly charges. For nothing.

Please help me with this.

Thank you.

Previously ordered CBD gummies from a company called Proscar who bogusly charged for more bottles than ordered and then a few hours added another charge doe CBD capsules. I was able to get most of the charges refunded by calling their customer support. I still had a charge pending which they said would be refunded when I called them again to get authorization to return the product. When I called their customer service number to return the product I found the number had been disconnected. When I called the number related to the Challenge Body Mind $12.49 change they informed me it was related to my CBD orders. This is a total scam. Cancelled the credit card. Bank refunded my pervious charges. This charge is in dispute with them.

Reviewed my credit statement and noticed a charge for $12.49 from challenge body mind. I called the number on my credit statement and told them that I did not order this subscription. They told me they would cancel the subscription and gave me a cancellation number of ********. I spoke with a customer service person by the name of Steve.

I received a call and text from my credit card company about a potentially fraudulent charge of $12.49 from a company in New Mexico called Challenge Body Mind. I'd never heard of them.

I purchased Proper CBD Gummies for $199.88 on January 03, 2023 with Capital One from **************. The web link I used off Facebook appeared to be from Mayim Bialik. It was not a concern until I got an email from Challenge Body & Mind thanking me for my SUBSCRIPTION. I immediately googled that company and became very concerned. The company is probably based in Mexico. I would never order any kind of supplement from another country with the current fentanyl laced drug epidemic. The original order form clearly stated that the product was made in the USA.

I called and spoke with their customer service operator (Clarke) at 855-460-4451. I requested a refund of THE FULL AMOUNT. I also requested to cancel any future services related to this purchase they somehow tacked on to the order. She was been back and forth with her supervisor a few times before finally assured me that there would be a full refund and that she canceled all tagged on monthly charges.

As soon as I hung up from that call, a new charge appeared on my Capital One card was for $59.99 at PROCB8779938758. I immediately called Capital One.
