Type of a scam Online Purchase
clicked on the various links on the e-mailed receipt page, and all links went to a page stating "This shop is unavailable." There was an e-mail address on the receipt ([email protected]) that I sent a message to, and the person responding stated I only purchased an oar and got what I paid for. I sent a reply and posted a pic of the receipt clearly indicating a picture of the paddleboard and oar and the stated description of the product I had purchased. I only received a similar response. I researched the FB site which contained very little information and was only created in March 2020. There was a grayed out website on the FB page that I visited (www.celestialy.store). It contained numerous products including the paddleboard / oar. It was being advertised in the same manner as the Challengero FB site. There is no address, phone or other contact information other than what I provided above. The oar's packaging was all in Asian characters and was unfortunately discarded by the gift recipient (not knowing what was going on with this at the time). By the feedback on the Challengero FB site, I am not the only victim of this false advertising scam. There are many others.
