I tried to change my address in December and thought I was on the usps official site. I gave my credit card information because the usps charges $1.05 to change your address. Later I look at my charge card account online and saw that I was charged $59.95. I tried to stop the charge but my email was returned. I also sent a comment to the site to stop the order. My bank deleted the payment but I was charged the same amount again in January. I have added this charge to my dispute but the charge has not been removed yet. This is a scam and I should not be charged - and I should be able to receive a refund because my address was NOT changed by these people!

I recently moved into a new address and wanted to change my address at USPS official website as I have done

previously. I google "USPS change of address" and clicked the first link and it looked just like USPS webiste. I filled

out my information and clicked next and I got prompted to the financial information. I did not see any price

anywhere. I submitted my credit card information and clicked submit. The next day, I found out my mailing was not

still forwarded and I checked my bank account and found out I was charged $59.95. The details of the transaction

includes "Change-MyMailAddress", amount "- $59.95", Transaction Date "09/04/2020", Transaction Type "Pending

Auth Reversal", Card Type "Visa".

I didn't find any phone number or address on the internet for Change-MyMailAddress.
