I needed to change mailing address. I went through the process thinking it would only charge me 1.05 then I get a email saying it was accomplished and a confirmation # but my prepaid card charged me 59.00. I have 2 emails from them. What can I do to get my money back. I went to go back to find a phone number on their website then it disappears. It routes me to an error page.

After googling USPS mail forwarding this was the first site that popped up and mimicked the USPS site. Only later I read the fine print that it is a private company. It charged me 59.99.

This company takes $40 to change your address. People that sign up think they are at the united states post office. The web site looks similar and asks the exact same questions, so you think they are going to charge your card $1 but after you push the approve button you find out they charged you $40 !!! SCAM You cant reach them, they will not respond and will not return the money. Even though I realized it right away and sent them an email immediately they still charged my card. They are called "Change of Address"
