Type of a scam: Debt Collections

A woman called to say she was sending out court papers because I did not pay on a loan from 2014.She said it would have been dismissed but because I made a payment of 100.00 in Aug of 2019 I admitted I was knew about the loan having a balance. I never heard of the company they mentioned and just to be certain checked my bank statements for that month and there was no payment made to any kind of loan.This was after I got off the phone and was so rattled by her court threat. She said she would email paperwork for me to sign so I could make payments.Never got any email. Another man called who said he was an attorney. I said I never made any payments to a loan in Aug 2019 and he kept saying he could not hear me ..to call back.I just finished talking to his associate and had no problem hearing her.Then comes Wed.6/22 and they attempted to debit 250.00 from my account without a signature.Fraud dept at the bank alerted me.There was no money lost because the account was empty anyway.

Recieved a call saying I owed a payday loan and since I closed my account they are going to service a complaint and summons if I didn't pay $1819.65 .that day or the amount would be over $5000 and paper would be served .With that being said I paid them $1819.65. Stupid me! I still have voice mail and email from them.

Received countless harassing phone calls stating that I was facing federal fraud charges and had warrants out for my arrest. Was called many names. The man calling proceeding to act like multiple people including a private investigator. They had all my information and had taken money from my accounts. From the countless calls I received, I believe it is mainly one man and one female. Using the name Kimberly, William wineberger and Nathan Taggard. They are also sending emails via rightsiganture.com. During my last few phone calls they answered as Grey cloud recovery. Since finding out the scam and bringing it the their attention they have blocked my phone number.
