He said I could spend 14 days of quarantine there once I arrived in Canada.
We reached our initial agreement.
He sent me a picture of his BC driver license and of him holding that card.
Then we discussed the details further.
We signed the Tenancy agreement.
I paid $700 security deposit.
We even discussed how to move my luggage there.
He was hard to reach.
Then, when I arrived in Vancouver airport. He didn’t respond to any of my texts or calls anymore.
