A few years ago my pc got hijacked from what I now know as a fraudulent scam. They wanted $170.00 to clean my pc. Days later they called back and wanted to refund some of my money,cause I was overcharged or something. I got online and followed their directions. I ok'd the refund, but then he got upset cause my account was overdrawn att. He said he could not refund me money cause I was overdrawn. That was my first clue this was phishy. They continued for months to harass me. I would never let them have access again. I considered that a loss. Well today, yrs later they called and tried again to give me refund thru my pc. I told them no, to send me a check. They threatened to charge me again for a subscription if I didn't go to their website and fill out this refund form. I told them now you trying to blackmail me. First they took my pc hostage, now they are threatening blackmail. I am so stressed and full of anxiety now. I turned my pc off afraid to get back on it. My bank won't do anything att. Don't know what to do?
