Without permission, filing a EIN for my new LLC and then trying to charge me $99. I know you can file it for free instantly on the IRS website in less than 10 minutes, I would not agree to pay for this. Then they are telling me they will send to collections. This is a scam $99 for a short service, for new business owners is terrible.
