My wife, ****** received an email saying she she had won an electric razor, email said it was from CVS Pharmacy. She say that she was asked to pay $5.96 for shipping on the razor, which she paid for with our debit card. This was on 20 January 2023. On 23 January, 2023 we saw a charge for $67.43 on our bank account from the same company that had charged the $5.96. When I called, I spoke to a woman who said her name was Angie. She stated that my wife had enrolled in monthly "raffle tickets" by paying the $5.96. I asked her to cancel the enrollment and she have me a cancellation number of KC021. I requested a refund of the $67.43 and she said that they did not refund money. I again requested a refund of the $67.43 at which point she had to talk to the Administration Department. After a short pause she said they had approved a 30$ refund, I requested a 100% refund at which point she told me that she would also add her 10% employee discount for a total refund of 40%. The phone number on the bank charge was 855-481-7219. I see that this is also the number on the website https://totallyattractivegardentools.com/.
