After a couple of months of going round and round, I thought I would at least try to order a new array for it and see if it would work. BUT when I went to check out, I NOTICED that they were also going to include a "rewards" program... with NO option to opt out of it. THEN I understood what these people are doing.
They send a non-working unit, then spin their wheels on your request and send a BUNCH of stuff to email that is confusing, hope that you don't notice the extra charge for a couple of months. The FUN part is that once you catch on and ask your back to block charges from this company, they just change their billing name. It was billed from OPTIMUM DETOX for a couple of months and then changed it to BIOVITTA WELLNESS when I caught on to them. Because I was busier than a one-armed paper hanger all summer, it took me awhile to get wise.
I am STILL not sure what I can do to ensure that these people will stop charging me. I can't get most of my money back because it took me too long to wise up. And if they keep changing the name on their billing, I could be dealing with this for a long time.
These people do not even HAVE a customer service department that will respond to your inquiry. You will be better off with a different company.
Meanwhile, they kept sending these perky advertisements and 10% off
