I went to this company's website to purchase an item that came across an ad on social media. The product is a " MagSafe (not magsafe certified) Power Pack for iPhone 12 | 5000 mAh". The company will take your money but never ship the item. The website will always have a banner displayed on the top claiming, "Flash Sale Ends Today 50% Off". I purchased the item on June 18, 2021 and have yet to receive the item. I have attempted multiple times to reach out via email, "live" chat, and phone. All were unsuccessful. The website provides two emails where they can be reached: [email protected] & [email protected] The first email address will come back as invalid. The second email address you will NEVER get a response. Using the "live" chat feature (located at the bottom right hand corner of the website) is useless. No matter the time of day the automatic reply from the "live" chat will be, "We’re currently unavailable. We’ll get back to you when one of our operators is able to respond. Please provide your email address so we can get in touch with you." The phone number located on the website 213-376-3736 will ring but will disconnect after a few rings. Please avoid this website.
