We were tasked with contacting senior citizens in Buffalo, NY, to collect their Medicaid information as part of a broader initiative that was presented to us as legitimate and state-endorsed. If the senior citizens did not have Medicaid, we were instructed to obtain additional sensitive information, including their Social Security number, date of birth, phone number, and home address. This information was then used to enroll the seniors in programs that were described as being supported by the state, with promises of significant benefits.

One of the primary programs we promoted was PRX, or Personal RX, which was marketed as a service that would provide seniors with their medications at no cost, including free home delivery. Another program we were directed to push was Aide Services, which offered seniors the option to designate a family member or friend as a caregiver, with assurances that the government would cover the caregiver’s wages. These programs were portrayed as entirely free for seniors who were on Medicaid, which led many to believe they were receiving a valuable service without any financial burden.

However, as we continued our work, it became increasingly clear that the operation was not what it appeared to be. Despite the claims of free services, the seniors were actually being charged a monthly fee for these programs, which they were not made fully aware of upfront. This deceptive practice not only misled the seniors but also placed an unexpected financial strain on them, many of whom are already living on fixed incomes.

In addition to the unethical nature of these practices, there were other concerning issues within the organization. Despite working diligently to carry out the tasks assigned to us, my colleagues and I were never compensated for the hours we worked. This failure to pay employees is not only unjust but also reflects the broader dishonesty that characterized the entire operation.

Moreover, there was a further violation of both immigration and labor laws, as they employed a woman in their Buffalo, NY, home who was on a tourist visa. This individual was working illegally, which adds another layer of illegitimacy to the organization’s practices.

In summary, the entire operation was based on deceit, from misleading seniors about the true cost of the services to exploiting employees and violating immigration laws. The fraudulent nature of these activities has had a damaging impact on vulnerable senior citizens and has compromised the integrity of all involved. It is imperative that these actions be exposed and addressed to prevent further harm.

I was home visited by this agent Matthew Paulk somewhere around October helping me with my Medicaid. He was a sweet young man very persuasive. I was told and he was so sure that I will be approved and will help me have my health taken cared off and will get lot of free stuffs. I sent them all documents they asked and completed all papers by November but he never gotten back to me after. I called Medicaid if they got any of my papers just to be shock that I don't have any applications. And then this July, a lady called me saying she worked with this guy and insisted on helping me get a home help aide, talking about helping me pass certain assessments all things. I told her they never help me with my Medicaid in the first place! Now I am getting calls from people I don't know telling me my applications of certain services I am not aware were declined. I am worried they have my information and used it for other things. Don't trust these people. They never stop calling.

Good afternoon, this is Matthew Paulk, I wanted to get ahead of this and make sure we provide clarity for any of the situations that are being brought up here, I am not in association with Laura Shriver Brown at all, I am not aware of whatever her dealings are or have been.

However we are totally available to speak to anyone who is concerned. Please reach out you can email me directly at my personal email: [email protected] we can also set up a phone call.

Charities Senior Advisory Solutions is NOT the same as Charities Pooled Trust. These are two unrelated organizations. I left Charities Pooled Trust officially in 2021 if I'm not mistaken. What you're referring to Adrianna must have been with that organization because I truly can stand by the fact that no such thing is taking place in our organization.

Charities Senior Advisory Solutions Inc is nothing but a deceitful scam that preys on the vulnerable, specifically seniors and people with disabilities. The individuals behind this fraudulent operation, such as Matthew Paulk and Ryan Constance, are shamelessly manipulating and exploiting innocent individuals, all while claiming to provide a so-called "free" service. However, the reality is far from what they portray – they are actually taking advantage of people's trust and siphoning their hard-earned money.

Moreover, the utter disregard for privacy and confidentiality is appalling, as Charities Senior Advisory Solutions Inc blatantly violates the private information of their victims. By luring individuals with false promises of assistance, they then proceed to exploit their personal data for their own nefarious purposes. This blatant breach of trust is not only unethical but also illegal, and those responsible must be held accountable for their reprehensible actions.

It is worth noting that not only are the victims being scammed, but even the employees of Charities Senior Advisory Solutions Inc are also being taken advantage of. Reports have surfaced that these workers have not received their rightful compensation, further highlighting the dishonest and deceitful nature of this despicable scam. It is imperative that individuals beware of these unscrupulous individuals and steer clear of any dealings with Charities Senior Advisory Solutions Inc to protect themselves and their loved ones from falling victim to their devious schemes.

This is a fraudulent comment post. The Erika is the correct spelling of the name, and she is indeed a part of our team. She did not post this comment and just to be clear, this website allows you to say your name is any name, so it's tough to say who actually made that comment.

Would you be willing to speak with the news about this experience? I have a friend who's parents who were scammed out of their entire savings buy these people

- Buffalo, NY, USA • May 27, 2024

They wanted us to call Senior Citizens in Buffalo NY and get their medicaid information, if no medicaid, get their SS, birthday, contact # and address. They would enroll the senior to a program "offered" by the state as they say. The programs are PRX or Personal RX that is about their medication having them get it for free and delivered for free, also another program is the Aide Services in which they can choose a family member or friend that will act as an aide so that the government will pay for their hours. They always say that the programs are for free if the senior has medicaid but it is actually not since the programs will charge the senior a monthly fee. This act is fraudulent and misleading. They also did not pay me and my colleagues the hours we worked for them. They have a woman working with them in their home in Buffalo NY but is on tourist visa which is a violation of the immigration and labor code.

Was previously offered work for this company. After delivering my service, they did not pay up to date. Despite multiple attempt to collect payment, they continue to ignore request.

I have filed a police report and notifed several news outlets in Buffalo they scammed my friends parents out of their entire savings. Would you be willing to talk with the news as well?

Received a call at the Office for Aging to report possible fraud from this business. This is from a referral from Trusted Home Care based out of Buffalo. The client and her father were asked to Zoom with a worker named Matt and were asked to provide SSN, DOB, financial information like annuity account information and income. The promise was setting an elderly person up for Medicaid after this information was given to them. The business has been active since March 2022 and has attended senior events in Cattaraugus and Erie Counties but this client lives in Chautauqua County. Since the initial investigation the company's Facebook page has been removed as has the list of current employees on the website. The business address is based out of an apartment complex in Buffalo NY.
