The caller identified himself as Charles (ID GYA) with the Southern California Edison company. He said he's the technician and he's going to shut off our electricity in 30 minutes. He told me to call (800)413-3300. When I did the number was for a Caribbean Cruise. This is a business and our electricity is included in our lease.
