They will contact you from restricted numbers, and the initial contact is unprovoked. They claim to have found my resume on a job search site.
The company requests you use a new out existing bank account to process transactions for them. I did my due diligence and never processed anything for them. However, they are very skilled in their dishonesty. Please do not be suckered into their scam; this is not a legitimate job offer.

Second, the official BBB.org site rates Charmex Solutions with an F but on the CharmexSolutions.com web site there is this page that appears it links to the BBB but in fact it does not. https://bbb.charmexsolutions.com/Charmex-Solutions-in-Los-Angeles-CA-100593726
This page states Charmex Solutions rates A+ and is an accredited BBB business.
I didn't let it go any further and discontinued my correspondence with the company.
This is one of the more elaborate spear phishing employment scams. There is a lot of information offered. They don't ask for money up front. They have a web site you can go to with a lot of clickable content. I believe that this is a spoofed website. I emailed the HR department that is on the website and I received a response from the same name stating that the "job offer" was authentic. There is not obvious broken english or glaring grammatical errors. Some people could get easily fooled initially.
