Edwin Neng is the person who uses the charming corgi pups name as the breeder . I purchased a puppy from him for $770 and he was suppose to ship the puppy by air to me. The shipping agency that he used ended up scamming me in the amount of $1580 for a crate , that Edwin told me to pay for the puppy’s safety for the transit, but that I’d get my money back. I paid Edwin Neng for the puppy via Zelle . I did not receive the puppy or a refund. Edwin Neng does not answer his phone anymore. Him & I signed a contract for the purchase of the puppy. After I paid the crate, the shipping company wanted me to spend $1800 on puppy insurance & I declined. Edwin decided to email me asking to pay the fee and that he would help. I have not been refunded for anything & have no received the puppy.
