I found a Labrador Retriever I wanted on CharmingLabradors.com The puppy was $700 which included shipping. I sent the money through Zelle and received a tracking number. I was contacted by a shipping company that told me in had to pay and extra $950 to ship. I tried to reach back out to the seller and resolve this but I can’t get anyone. I contacted my bank to try and get my money back but could not. I called the ScamPulse.com and was told this is a scam.

I was looking for a dog for my daughter who is disabled. Their website made me feel confident and secure that I wouldn’t be scammed so I reached out to them inquiring about one of their puppies “Rex” initially they were very responsive. Any question I had they had an answer for it which again made me feel comfortable purchasing from them. Once I felt comfortable enough to send the payment (which was through Zelle) and payment was confirmed. Pretty much all conversations stopped. I tried to stay in touch because I wanted to make sure I was going to get my puppy. I never heard from them. I decided to go on and file a claim with my bank/Zelle. I will also be filing a police report. I just want to put it out there for anybody who may decide to go through “Charming (Scammers) Labradors” please reconsider and do your research with any person you decide to do business with. Their website was pretty convincing. So please be careful out here. These people have no remorse for the things they do, they just want your money and it’s sad.

Update:

Since letting them know I’ll be reporting them and having the authorities involved and investigating, they have now disconnected their phone service.
