Send completely different item than ordered - indicated the return deadline had passed (despite it being same day as delivery) unless I reached out to a Chinese company directly. They encouraged us to keep the item for a 30% refund. I don’t believe they ever had the initial product as shown on their site and just bank on people keeping the item (in the same size) for a small refund. Scam!

Ordered an item and received the wrong item, and they will not refund my money.

Says the post office picked the wrong dress.
