I was considering purchasing a Stanley Berry Truffle 40oz cup when, within 20 minutes, my bank flagged the transaction as suspicious and blocked any further purchases. The transaction was listed as being made at Tokyo Disneyland, so the bank shut down my card, and I had to wait two weeks for a replacement.

Purchased a Stanley tumbler from this website. Received an order confirmation. It never said shipped. No telephone number on website. Sent about 10 emails with no reply back.

My daughter ***** ***** ordered a dress from their website. It came as ordered but was very cheap, no identifying tags except size. My daughter decided on a different dress. Their website said free returns of within 30days so we started the return process which was to email them first. Their email response was something like, we can’t receive it bc we are between warehouse contracts, and can’t give you a return label bc our printers aren’t working, so we can reduce the price by 30% or my daughter can send it to Hong Kong with her own money!!!!

I purchased a dress from this website. Before doing so, I looked up their return policy and confirmed that they accepted returns in case the dress did not fit. I didn’t realize until I purchased and received a tracking number that the dress was coming from China. Once received, it was a completely different style, material and color dress. It looking nothing like what I purchased. I reached out to invite a claim. At this point they told me a story about losing a lease in the United States, so I would have to buy an International shipping label and send it back. If they received it, they would give me a refund. They said if I didn’t do this, they would offer for me to keep the dress and get a refund of 20-30% of the original cost, I write back to complain about this. It is not stated on the return policy on their site, and, I wasn’t going to risk losing more money by spending money on a label to ship it, especially when they already warned me that they may not receive it. They replied back offering me 50% of a return and keep the dress. I agreed. I never received a refund. I have reached out and they did not respond. I looked them up on social media to find that this is common practice. They send an item that you didn’t order, then refuse to refund any money paid
