Refuse to refund money for ill fitting clothing, asking for photos of me wearing the clothes and then not providing an address for returns.

I agree with the other person that posted. I received ill fitting merchandise and emailed within 15 days to return. It took days to get a response and at that point it was longer than 15 days so they said it was outside the refund window. They asked for photos to prove the items didn’t fit. I have certainly never heard of a business asking this. And when I asked simply for a return address to return the items without a refund none was provided. I do not recommend ordering from this company.

This company Charmmaid (also goes by Cupshe) steals photos from other companies like VICI makes "knock-off" dresses total junk material. Says you can return within 15 days and upon doing so they don't answer email and when they finally do respond...

"We are sorry to hear that.Currently all the returns will be processed in our warehouse in China.

As our policy states, our customers are responsible for the returning shipping fee if they want to return the item. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, odorless with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered, will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

From the pics you sent, we can't check any problem with the items. We are sorry you don't like them. But if you return the parcel to our warehouse in china, you need to pay for the expensive shipping fee.

Due to the shipping fee and long transportation, would you like to keep the items and send them to your friends or Charity as a gift?
