The charge on my account was for more than what was listed on the itemized receipt and the follow-up order confirmation email. I contacted the company to object to the overcharge. In two emails, the respondent insisted that the amount charged was exactly as listed on my receipt, despite proof to the contrary via a screenshot of the charge in my account.
As shown in the attached document, communications came from three different email addresses, and the company name in the messages was different from the name on the website, both of which were different from the name on the transaction with my card company. At this point, it seemed fairly certain that the company was not legitimate. Unfortunately, the charge had already been paid and I could only try to make the best from my order.
After 16 days, I actually received a package. No invoice was included. The exterior label specified “ornaments” and the carrier was listed as USPS.
The charms were not at all as pictured on the website and the necklaces and earrings were all the wrong design. There is no way I will wear any of the items, as they look like they would irritate my skin. They are poorly made from cheap materials, clearly not actual Pandora products.
I will try to get a refund; however, from other reports with the BBB, that looks unlikely. The website no longer exists. I cancelled my card and notified my card company of the fraudulent website/seller/company.
